Olympic Village Escape - Lake Placid

This Beautifuly furnished two bedroom home is located just two blocks walking distance to the village of Lake Placid and all its amenities, like the Olympic arena, speed skating oval, movie theatre, and wonderful restaurats and shopping. The centre of Lake Placid is located on Mirror Lake. The road around MIrror Lake is approximately three miles. A walk or a run would be beautiful with the breathtaking views of the Adirondack Mountains.

This house has two bedrooms and 1.5 Baths. Accommodates four people. The master bedroom has a king bed with a half bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can also be combined to be a king bed. This bedroom also has a TV, with a VCR, DVD, Nintendo, Playstation, and X-Box.

In the Basement, you can enjoy the games room, while playing pool, foosball, or shuffleboard. There are also weights and excercise mats.

At the front and side of the house, you will find a deck with Adirondack chairs for you to sit and relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a table for six. In the living room, there is a stereo, a TV with premium cable and VCR and DVD player.

Outside in the garden you can enjoy a barbecue with a gas or charcoal grill. A full size washer and dryer is located in the basement. If you are feeling energetic, you can take the canoes down to Mirror Lake and see the town from the water. In July, watching the fireworks from the water is fabulous. During the winter if you are into downhill skiing, there is a locker and a reserved parking spot available for your use located at the Whiteface Mountain. No pets of smoking allowed. Enjoy!

Vacation Rental Rates: $2500 per week from December 15th to March 1st and June 29th to September 4th.
$1800 per week from September 5th to December 14th and March 2nd to June 29th
