1. Archery - we supply 2 compound bows, 1 crossbow, arrows and targets.
2. Basketball Court - halfcourt on concrete surface setup to official dimensions.
3. Bird watching - many birds on property including loon on lake.
4. Biking - 8 bikes are available to tour countryside. Some of roads provide easy pedaling while others are challenging.
5. Boating - Canoe, kayak, rowboat, and pedal boat are all available for use on lake.
6. Cross country skiing is available on miles of flat terrain trails. Best to bring your own equipment.
7. Fishing - Our lake has considerable trout. World renown AuSable River is 8 minutes away by car.
8. Hay wagon rides are available. Tractor is attached to our hay wagon and caretaker takes you on tour.
9. Hiking - walking property provides great fun. Next to property is a more challenging mountain trail.
10. Horseback riding and trail rides are available from horse farm next to our property at nominal cost.
11. Horseshoes - regulation pit.
12. Hunting - Deer, turkey, and other wild game are available.
13. Pool table - regulation size, alongside wet bar, provides hours of entertainment.
14. Relax - enjoy home, porch, deck, and patio and beautiful mountain views. DISH TV is available on 3 televisions. Extensive libraries offer books and periodicals on many subjects. 2 fireplaces add to enjoyment.
15. Skeet Shooting is provided. - We supply shotguns and clays on our skeet course.
16. Sledding is available. - We supply sleds and toboggan. Groomed hill on property is ideal for sledding.
17. Snowshoeing - We have some snow shoes, best to bring your own.
18. Swimming - Beach area has chairs and tables - great wading area for children. Diving from dock.
19. Downhill skiing and snowboarding - Available at Whiteface Mountain. 10 minutes away from house.
New York State license is required for hunting and fishing. Caretaker is on premise to provide information, help, skeet supervision or guide for hunting or fishing.
