Located on the western shore of Upper Saranac Lake, the largest of the three Saranac Lakes, at the edge of Bungalow Bay, Camp JaMar offers a wonderful opportunity for a secluded getaway with convenient access to golf, dining, and sightseeing in New York's Central Adirondack region.

Camp JaMar sits at the edge of the lake on a gently sloped one acre heavily wooded lot. The Camp features three bedrooms and two full baths, fully equipped and modern kitchen, living area with wood burning fireplace and lots of windows providing a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. You'll also be able to relax on the outdoor deck with screened enclosure, including a gas barbeque grill.

At lakeside there is a 32 foot dock, with a 13 foot aluminum boat. Swimmers will enjoy the sandy lake bottom with very gradual increase in water depth, excellent for children. At the rear of the property, a former grass tennis court provides a wonderful area for badminton, croquet, playing catch or chipping golf balls.

Access to the property is via private hard surfaced road approximately two tenths of a mile off Route 30. The property is located approximately seven miles from Tupper Lake, 17 miles from Saranac Lake, and 25 miles from Lake Placid, in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. The golf course at Saranac Inn, one of the most beautiful in the Adirondacks is only eight miles away. You can visit the Wawbeek restaurant by boat or car located just a few minutes south. Tupper Lake also boasts of a wonderful 18 hole course open to the public with a full bar and restaurant.
